and achieve your dreams
Life is a journey that consists of many stations. At some, we stand and leave a positive impact while at others we learn from our mistakes.
We are all striving to achieve happiness, but the rapid pace at which our lives are moving and the challenges that we may face may sometimes put us off track, especially if our path is foggy and our mission is unclear.
Masarat is a coaching service where we seek to accompany our clients on their journey of self-discovery and help them to identify their message in life.
We help you come up with alternative scenarios that will enable you to find inner peace and achieve your personal and professional goals, thus striking a balance in your life.
Coaching sessions aim to motivate clients and help them meet their challenges via private and confidential dialogue sessions. In those sessions, the individual will be asked a set of questions that will lead the him/her on a path of self-discovery, where his strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement will become clear.
A self-awareness session will help you develop a clear perception of your personality including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivations and emotions. So as to achieve internal peace
We are a group of experienced coaches who have gathered on a passion to leave a positive impact gin the community. The cumulative experience of each and every one of us is the secret of our success.
We are keen in Paths to bring together experienced professionals in the field of coaching to be our partners in providing the best services to our customers.
The Coaching philosophy is based on the idea that each of us has strengths and elements that will be the key to positive change. But when we are in the circle of problem, the circumstances surrounding us may prevent us from seeing the big picture of the subject.
There is no magic solution for everyone. Each one has different circumstances. In addition, often when the client does not participate in the development of the change plan that suits his circumstances, the commitment rate is weak.
Therefore, in the coaching session we ask our clients a set of questions that open new horizons to the client or make him dive deep in himself to put his hand on the real causes of the problem to draw the scenario of change and take the right decision.
